Dumbbell Track, you will need just one dumbbell and our coach will do the rest to push you in each class.

1. I don't do any sports, can I do this program?
Before you start, we gonna sending you a questionary, to know more about you.
We want to know your goal, sports background, and if you have any injuries or annoyance.
In each online class, a Coach is present and adats the routine to each person according to their fitness level.
Same in the videos, we explain the alternatives of each movement, so that each one can maintain the same intensity with their level.
We are a super Professional Team.
2. How long does each class last?
Each class lasts from 45min up to 1-hour max.
It begins with the warm-up directed by the Coach present in the Class.
Then you will go with the explanation of the workout from your Coach, and to the end, we do extra work of strengthening, to do complete work.
3. How many times a week I should train?
Remember that each one is different and has a different goal.
Depending on your Sports background, a person can train every day, varying the intensity.
But it's very important to know that the body needs rest to grow and obtain results, too important a load can lead to overtraining and injuries, so it's important to have a least two days of rest in the week.
